At CitiMed Comprehensive TBI Center, your health and safety, as well as that of our team, are of utmost importance. As the situation with the COVID-19 is constantly changing, we are following CDC guidelines as well as recommendations from national and state authorities to ensure the safety and well-being of our patients and staff. We are continuously disinfecting all work spaces and are maintaining physical distancing measures.
All patients are required to wear masks when entering our facility - NO MASK - NO ENTRY. We have also implemented the policy of checking the temperature of every patient and reserve the right to refuse a visit if there are any indications of a fever. Our spacious waiting room area allows patients to practice social distancing while waiting for the appointment. Each patient is offered transportation to avoid using public transportation.
